Today is New Years Eve---Scratch that..it WAS New Years Eve when i started this, but it is now Jan. 11, 2014. My how time flies. But back to the purpose of this post: I am finally finding time to write up my review on the French Laundry. As some of you may know i went to Napa / San Francisco in December and while i was there i had the fortunate opportunity to eat at the French Laundry.
Many people have been asking me "how was it?", and i will get to that but first a little background. The French Laundry is a Three Michelin Star restaurant in Napa Valley--Yountville, CA to be exact. It is owned by Chef Tomas Keller. He is also known for Bouchon, Bouchon Bakery, and Per Se; the later also being a Three Michelin Star restaurant.
